To apply for a wholesale with Pet Discount and access our exclusive trade prices, please submit the following documents:
- DTI Certificate or SEC Registration
- Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303)
- Complete Address and a photo of your petshop/veterinary clinic
- If Veterinary Clinic, a photo of Veterinarian’s PRC License
